Hulk Have Actual Authority to Smash

Hulk take Agency--is useful class. Problem is work in groups of 4. This would not be problem but odds are going to get D-bag. Guess what--got one...is total jackass. Hulk need to be more intimidating. Hulk try be civil. Really just better if guy scared--will work through problems faster than he second-guessing everything. Hulk have authority to "bind"...yep "bind your hands" and tape your mouth...and pummel your face.... Maybe Hulk when meet new people should just throw them across room--Hulk think will get some respect that way....then everyone just move forward.
