Car Frisk

We learn today ok to "frisk" a car. Hulk think not ok to probe tailpipe--that greater invasion of privacy. Maybe ok to fondle headlights. Hulk nervous about muffler "reach around"--HOT--but not in good way.

What about going in the trunk? Some cars are more sensitive about that than others.
